Check if there is a Bike Friday dealer bike shop in your area before sending your bike to us. We will honor warranty work done on our behalf, and will liaise with the shop as needed.

You've checked the Service Guide, you've asked around, but you still can't find the answer you need? We're here for you. If you need a quick answer, please give us a call. We're here to help you six days a week, and our goal is to return all messages the same day. Please let our receptionist know a good time range in which to return to return your call. Alternately, you can email our service department to arrange for a phone appointment, by including "phone appointment - #:## Pacific Time" in the subject line. We want to provide top notch service to all of our customers and appreciate your help in doing so.
International (outside the US and Canada) are welcome to email us with "international service" in the subject line for this same quick response.
