We are here to serve you. Keeping you and your Bike Friday riding smoothly is what our Service Department is all about. Whether it’s answering questions, fixing problems or just talking you through the details, we are here and ready to help.

We have a vast array of resources on hand to solve issues, and the key to success is taking the time to understand you and your issues. Whenever you contact our Service Department, the more information you can share with us, the better chance we have at solving the issue.

Many warranty repairs can be handled by a Bike Friday Dealer located near you, and might be more convenient than shipping your Bike Friday to the factory.

Shipping for Service
Before you ship your Bike Friday or component to our factory for service, send us an email with complete details of what you are requesting and wait for our response. We might be able to solve the issue in one of our other methods.

RED APRON SERVICE                                                                    Our Red Apron Service is our concierge package available only at our factory. A Bike Friday technician will spend one-on-one time with you, mentoring you on whatever issues you want to know -- from packing and folding to maintenance. Learn more.
