Our most popular road bike, the POCKET ROCKET is a lighter, sportier Bike Friday, which can be configured for any road task from training and fitness riding to event riding, light touring, or racing.

Based on the proven technology of the famous New World Tourist, the Pocket Rocket was re-designed from the ground up for classic road bike feel and performance. The Rocket's 451mm wheels sport narrow, high pressure clinchers, for lightning quick acceleration and handling, while standard road geometry allows rock-steady descending. Drive-train choices include state-of-the-art road groups from Shimano and Campagnolo featuring either dual chainrings and 9-speed cassettes, or the SRAM Spectro 3-speed hub coupled with 8 speed cassettes and STI shifting for wide range gearing that allows most anyone to conquer the steepest hills.

By combining three frame lengths, five different seat masts and custom stems, riders from 4'8" (1.4m) to nearly 7 feet (2.1m) can be easily accommodated! Add your choice of custom colors and you have a bike that will support all the performance you can muster. And of course, the Pocket Rocket quick-folds in seconds, or packs in its optional TravelCase in minutes, so like all Bike Fridays, the Pocket Rocket is there, ready to ride, where ever you're ready to ride.
