SatRday touring question

I have a SatRday recumbent. It has been a great bike so far. I plan on touring the Florida Keys with it and plan on pulling a Bike Friday Carlton Trailer. Would like to know the following:
1. Any experience / opinions as to how the trailer will affect handling.
2. How much can/should I carry.
3. What PSI should a pump the trailer tires to for he trip.
