Friday:
Dinner: chips with salsa and fresh guacamole
quesadillas (cheese, choose your veggies)
burritos (fill with your choice of: saffron rice with veggies; black beans w/garlic and seasoning; cheese, avocado, olives, ground organic beef with seasoning)
homemade berry pie with ice cream
lemonade
BYOB (can be purchased in Oakridge)
Saturday:
Breakfast: Blueberry Pancakes w/real maple syrup
Elk sausage
Vegetarian (tofu) sausage
Fresh fruit
Coffee and Juice
Snacks/Lunch:
celery and apples with peanut butter
homemade ginger snaps
fresh cherries and/or grapes (or other fruit, based on availability)
orange quarters
licorice
sandwiches (we provide homemade bread, tortillas, condiments and the following fillings – you assemble your own in the AM:
hummus, sliced cheeses, spreadable cheeses, avocado, cucumber, tomato, red onion, sliced deli meats, bottled roasted red pepper)
BYO sports drink of choice; drinking water will be provided in the morning to fill your hydration sack/water bottles
Dinner: Birthday Bash!
Sauteed mushroom/garlic appetizer
Crackers with smoked salmon, pesto, gourmet cheeses, hummus; raw veggies and dip; fresh fruit
Choice of Tortellini or Fettucine with fresh alfredo sauce with peas, mushrooms, smoked salmon (salmon can be omitted for vegetarians)

Sunday:
Breakfast: Hard boiled eggs
Banana bread w/butter or cream cheese
Selection of cereals with lowfat milk and soy milk
