Neighborhood Transportation: LEWISVILLE Lewisville, USA - North Carolina  Neighborhood Transportation opened in June 2003 in downtown Winston-Salem, NC. We offer unusual bicycles that are serious transportation as well as serious fun. Bruce Hermann, our founder, rode his Friday from Seattle to Washington DC in 1998 and has been addicted ever since, so when we started looking for unique, transportation-focused brands for our store, Bike Friday was one of the first places we turned. We're open now with a staff of three: Bruce, Eddie, our mechanic and product development specialist, and Claire, our marketing and advocacy director. We offer short or weekend-long test rides. Eddie will make sure your bike is fit to you and working beautifully before you head out. At the end of your ride, you can take advantage of our commuter facility by showering and then enjoying a fresh latte while talking over your ride. We specialize in custom solutions to get you feeling great on the Bike Friday of your dreams. Our downtown store is easy to find, right on the corner of Liberty and Fifth Street, across from the bus station.
