We are traveling in the Mediterranean on our 40-foot sailboat Red Shoes (Canadian flag) and use our Bike Fridays at every opportunity to explore ashore.

On this day we rode our bikes from the port town of Khios to the inland town of Pirgi. We stopped by this "interesting" road sign on the way back to our boat on the coast to take a photo.

We are just about to go down a long hill (that we rode up on another road going to Pirgi earlier in the day). Luckily we have all those gears to help us cope with those steep hills!
