MN - Twin Cities Chapter

We're a group of riders who enjoy being out and about together on our bikes (whether big or little wheel), exploring the roads and trails of the Twin Cities, touting the excellence of our Bike Fridays, and ending our ride with some post-ride socializing at a pub or park. We welcome Bike Friday riders from other areas who want to visit the Twin Cities and tour some of our prettiest scenery with us.

INAUGURAL RIDE: Take a ride around Minneapolis's beautiful chain of lakes on your little wheels and meet fellow Bike Friday riders! We will start Saturday, JUNE 7, at 11:30 am. Meet at the Sea Salt Eatery in Minnehaha Creek Park (4825 Minnehaha Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55416). We'll take an easy jaunt around the lakes (Lakes Nokomis, Harriet, Calhoun, & Lake of the Isles) and end at the Sea Salt Eatery for a bit of refreshment & socializing at the end. This is a social/pleasure ride (no mechanics available) mostly on bike trails & some roads, and fairly short, so it's a friendly kind of ride, and all riders are welcome (ride will be liesurely). Speedy riders are welcome to run laps around us, if you like. Rain date is Sunday JUNE 8 (same time). We will ride on Sunday instead, if Saturday's weather is less than 50 degrees and raining.
