I have been in love with bikes since the age of six, when I was given my first silver BMX bike. The freedom and feeling of exploring the world was all I thought about, and still do.

I eat, breathe, and sleep bicycles. I do everything from mountain biking on sloppy, steep switch-back trails, to long distance road-touring along the beautiful Oregon Coast and beyond.

A bike commuter for more than 25 years, rain or shine. I especially enjoy tandem riding with family and friends in the Spring and Summer. I do all of these things on my Bike Fridays.

I believe bikes are one of the best inventions ever, and a positive source of energy for a healthier, happier way of life.

With more than 11 years of knowledge and experience, working in just about every department here, I feel confident in understanding and recommending the right Bike Friday for you.

I started with production for two years as a painter, single and tandem line pre-assembly, and product testing. I've spent the past eight years in marketing and custom bike consulting. I enjoy the time I spend here as well as building lasting friendships with many many cyclists around the world.

I own five amazing Bike Fridays: 1.) Pocket Llama, my all-around recreational bike for commuting/mountain/touring or just about anything. 2.) Pocket Rocket Pro, my sporty, road, racing bike. 3.) Triple Tandem XL — fun rides with family and friends, tandem rallies, and tours. 4.) My SatRDay recumbent, fun, relaxed, and great for recreational rides, commuting , and long distance touring. 5.) And now I'm the proud owner of tikit, too!

I have been to Australia five times with my Bike Fridays, and have traveled around the USA and Canada, as well.
